Standard Return Policy 

Can I return something I bought from ?

Sure thing! Just like shopping online, you can return almost anything you buy from our website.

If for any reason, you need to return any swimwear that has been purchased through please contact us by email

Items must be returned within 14 days from the original purchase date.

The cost of delivery for returns is not covered by Elly la Fripouille but we will cover the cost of delivering your replacement goods.

Up to 20% restocking fee may apply for returns not due to mistakes on the part of Elly la Fripouille or due to damage in transit.

Returns will be handled as soon as possible upon their arrival in our warehouse, this may take up to 10 business days. Credit card refunds will appear on your next billing cycle.

Items condition

We will refund your item (excluding the shipping) or exchange for a different color or size, only if the following conditions are met:

  • Return items must not be washed, worn or altered
  • Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all ELLY LA FRIPOUILLE tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the custom
  • Hygiene panty liner sticker must be in tact with no signs of being removed - this is a very important hygiene requirement

If you return an items without meeting the above conditions, Elly la Fripouille will not honor the exchange.

Receiving a Refund

Your refund will be credited to the original payment method or as store credit to your Elly la Fripouille account.

Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Elly la Fripouille. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. As this may not be available for all countries, we recommend that you hire a customs broker if you wish to claim back duties on returned merchandise.

Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

When paying for the return postage yourself, we recommend that you insure the package via your carrier of choice and purchase tracking services for your protection. Save the shipping receipt for your records. Only merchandise received by our warehouse will be credited.

Returns/Exchanges process

Your demand must be accepted by our support. You need to send your request to for your return/exchange to be accepted.

Once your demand has been accepted we will send you RMA number and delivery instructions.

Parcels sent back to us without being accepted with valid RMA number will not be refunded or exchanged.


  • Exchange requests must be made within 60 days of order receipt for merchandise purchased at full retail price.
  • Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of order receipt for merchandise purchased at sale price.

Specify the exchange item and the new color or size on the return/exchange form. Include the form in your return package.

Simply affix the postage-paid return label to your package and drop it in the mail, and we'll send your new item free of shipping charges.

If you're exchanging an item because of a mistake on the part of or because of quality issues, we will pay the shipping cost to send a replacement item to you.
